Empleando el sistema Balanset-1A

Preparando el Equipo

acelerómetros, sensor láser de rpm, soporte de montaje, aplicación de software y herramientas adicionales.
Conecte el dispositivo a su PC mediante la interfaz USB y confirme la instalación del software.


Montaje de los Sensores

Fije los acelerómetros de forma segura a la estructura de la máquina en los lugares donde las vibraciones son más prominentes, idealmente cerca de los cojinetes.
Apunte el sensor óptico de rpm al eje giratorio y aplique una tira reflectante al eje para la adquisición de datos del ángulo de fase.


Inicio de Software

Inicie el software Balanset en su computadora.
Seleccione el modo de equilibrado adecuado: monoplano o biplano, según el tipo de rotor y sus requisitos específicos.


Medición Inicial de Vibraciones




Lleve el rotor a su frecuencia de rotación de funcionamiento normal.
La aplicación adquirirá datos sobre la magnitud de la vibración, la velocidad de rotación y el ángulo de fase para determinar el estado de desequilibrio inicial.


Montaje del Peso de Prueba




Detenga el rotor y coloque un peso de prueba en un punto predeterminado del rotor, especificando su masa en el software (normalmente en gramos).
Reanude el funcionamiento del rotor y el programa capturará los cambios resultantes en la amplitud y fase de la vibración.






Cálculo del Peso de Corrección

Con las mediciones adquiridas, el programa determina automáticamente la masa y la posición angular del peso correctivo requerido.
Los valores calculados se presentan en pantalla tanto en formato numérico como gráfico.





Montaje de la Masa Compensadora

Conecte el peso compensador calculado al rotor como lo indica la salida del software.
Puede realizar mediciones provisionales para confirmar que el desequilibrio está disminuyendo como se esperaba.





Verificación Final y Confirmación de Saldo

Con la masa compensadora acoplada, opere el rotor y evalúe el nivel de cualquier vibración residual.
Si el nivel de vibración se encuentra dentro de los límites aceptables (según ISO 1940), el equilibrado se ha completado.
Si el nivel de vibración permanece alto, repita el proceso con más ajustes de peso.


Generar una Documentación de los Resultados de Balance

Todos los resultados del equilibrado se registran y archivan en el software, desde donde puede generar un informe imprimible que resuma los niveles de vibración, el peso compensador y su posición de instalación.


Recomendaciones Finales

Asegúrese de que todos los pesos aplicados y los sensores conectados estén firmemente fijados en sus posiciones designadas.
Asegúrese de que el rotor gire suavemente y sin ruido excesivo.
En los casos en que el rotor esté integrado en un sistema más complejo, asegure el correcto funcionamiento e interacción de todos los componentes relacionados.


Al implementar este método, puede eliminar efectivamente el desequilibrio, reducir los niveles de vibración y aumentar la vida útil de la maquinaria.
